Order, Collection & Cancellation
At Fluffy Bites, all cakes are individually made with great care and love, especially for you.
To reserve your order in a binding way, the following conditions apply:
Deposit
A 30% advance payment of the total amount is required for every order.
Only after the deposit has been received is the date considered firmly reserved
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before collection or delivery.
Cancellation
Since each order is individually planned and prepared, the following cancellation policy applies:

Up to 14 days before the event: the deposit will be credited or used for a future order

7-13 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be retained

Less than 7 days before the event: the deposit will be fully retained
-
48 hours or less / no-show: the full amount is due
Rescheduling
One rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, up to 7 days before the event, without loss of the deposit.
Allergens & Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens: gluten, nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soy, sesame, and sulfites.
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances before placing your order.
Without prior notice, we cannot accept liability for allergic reactions.
Collection
The agreed collection time is binding and must be respected.
Cakes and desserts are fresh, delicate products and may lose quality if left standing too long
From 15 minutes late, a waiting fee of CHF 10.- per started 15 minutes will be charged After 60 minutes of delay, we reserve the right to consider the order as not collected In this case, no refund will be issued.
Shelf Life
Our products are intended to be consumed on the day of collection or delivery.
The optimal shelf life is usually 24-48 hours (refrigerated, depending on the product).
We accept no responsibility for quality loss due to improper storage or late collection
Delivery
Delivery is available for an additional charge of CHF 2- per kilometer (calculated from the production location), up to a maximum distance of 50 km
Delivery fees are added to the total order price.
Complaints & Refunds
Since all products from Fluffy Bites are individually made to order and freshly prepared, refunds are generally excluded once the order has been collected or delivered.
Should there nevertheless be a justified defect
(e.g. incorrect flavor, incorrect design, or production error), the following applies:

Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery

The defect must be documented with photos

The product must not have been further consumed or disposed of
In the case of a justified complaint, Fluffy Bites will decide on:

a correction (e.g. adjustment, replacement) or
-
a partial refund
A full refund is only possible if the error was clearly caused by Fluffy Bites and the product is returned unused.
Taste, color tones, and handmade variations do not constitute grounds for a complaint,
as each product is handcrafted and photos serve only as a reference.
